An example website for a regional manager. Cedar & Vale is a fictional company with homes in three neighborhoods. We designed its owners page, homes listing and resident links around each audience.

What the example leaves out
The forms send nothing. The owner inquiry ends on a button that reads “Concept only, not sent”. Resident links open sample pages or explanatory notes. No client portal is connected. The company and its homes are fictional.

- Software connection
- No software is connected: the company is fictional. On a client website, the listings and portal logins come from the client's software. Each depends on the embed, feed or link that software provides.
- Where each link goes on a client website
- Each resident link, whether pay rent, maintenance request or resident login, opens the company's resident portal. Each home's apply link opens the company's application form. The owner inquiry is sent to the company.

Separate visitor pages
Owners and renters each have a link in the first screen. Residents have the strip above the header.
Listings in one order
Every listing shows its rent and the day it is available in the same place. Filters narrow the list by neighborhood, bedrooms and rent.
Owner inquiry in three steps
Each step has labeled fields, and an error appears under the field it belongs to.
