Start an owner inquiry- Leasing
- We list the home and show it. Then we screen each applicant and sign the lease with the one you approve.
- Rent collection
- Residents pay in the resident portal. You get a statement each month.
- Maintenance coordination
- We take repair requests and book the work. The invoice comes to you with your monthly statement.
