What the example leaves out
The forms send nothing. The owner inquiry ends on a button that reads “Concept only, not sent”. Resident links open sample pages or explanatory notes. No client portal is connected. The five markets and their homes are fictional.

- Each resident link, whether pay rent, maintenance request or resident login, opens the company's resident portal. Each home's apply link opens the company's application form. The owner inquiry is sent to the company. Step two of this owner inquiry asks for the market, so it reaches that market's team.

- None. The pages use flat color fields and rendered interface.

The homes page filters by market. A link from the finder opens it already filtered.

Step two of the inquiry asks which market the property is in. It is required and has its own error.
