About this website
PageDemand designs, builds and maintains websites for property management companies. This website describes that work, and using it means you accept these terms.
Third party software
When this website discusses property management software, it describes levels of integration and claims no vendor partnership or certification. What works depends on your own account and plan.
Prices and outcomes
Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to contract. Each project has a written proposal that sets its scope and fees. We do not guarantee search rankings or business results.
Inquiries
An inquiry is not a contract. We may decline work that is not a good fit. Do not send confidential information through the contact form.
Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of their domains, branding, supplied content and business data. PageDemand retains its proprietary website code, reusable components and automation systems. Managed websites are licensed for use while the subscription is active; setup and monthly fees do not purchase that proprietary technology or include a source code transfer. Third party materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Managed website service
Managed website service is month to month, with no long term commitment. Your written proposal defines setup, monthly charges, included updates and support. If you cancel, the hosted website, managed services and license to use PageDemand's proprietary website end when your paid service period ends. Your domain, branding, supplied content, business data and business accounts remain yours.
Changes
