What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, company, business email, current website, market, main goal, the type of help you are looking for, your timing, any design direction you selected and your message.
We also record which page the inquiry was sent from, so we know which part of the site prompted it.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it becomes a project, to scope and deliver that work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website. Only PageDemand can access it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise a returning conversation, then deleted. Records relating to actual projects are kept for as long as we have a business or legal reason to hold them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will action it.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run tracking across other sites. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated before they are switched on.
