Process
Eight steps. Nothing assumed.
What happens, in what order, and what we need from you at each step.
- 01
Qualify
Who decides, what the business goal is, which audience matters most, what is failing now, which platform you run and when you need it. If a rebuild is not what you need, that is a good outcome for a first call.
What you provide
Thirty minutes and an honest description of the problem.
- 02
Scope
Deliverables, page types, content ownership, integration level, review rounds, acceptance criteria and care. Written down and agreed before anything is designed.
What you provide
A decision on scope and terms.
- 03
Prepare
Intake, assets, content and access, gathered in one pass. You get a list of what is missing and a clear decision on whether we are ready to build, instead of a silent delay.
What you provide
Logo, photography, service facts, portal destinations.
- 04
Direction
A small number of genuinely different directions. Different composition, not the same layout in three colours. One is approved, then the tokens are set and the argument is over.
What you provide
One consolidated decision.
- 05
Build
The homepage and one representative detail page first, reviewed on a phone alongside desktop. Then the rest of the structure, the integrations and the inquiry flow.
What you provide
Feedback in one pass per round.
- 06
Review
Feedback tied to the acceptance criteria, defects kept separate from scope changes, and a decision log so nothing silently reverses two weeks later.
What you provide
Approval against the acceptance criteria.
- 07
Launch
Content, DNS, HTTPS, analytics, forms, portal routes, redirects, phone, keyboard, reduced motion, performance and a rollback point. Checked, not assumed.
What you provide
Approval before anything goes public.
- 08
Care
Maintenance, monitoring, dependency updates, tested restores, an analytics review and an improvement backlog, with agreed limits and response windows.
What you provide
Whatever you want changed next.
Two things people ask
Pricing and timing, stated plainly.
- On pricing
- There is no price list on this site because scope decides the number. A tightly scoped launch for a boutique operator and a five market rebuild with copy, location pages and a migration are not the same piece of work. You receive a written proposal with deliverables, acceptance criteria and what happens after launch.
- On timelines
- A schedule starts when content, assets and access are ready, not when the agreement is signed. The intake names every outstanding input so nobody discovers in week five that the team photographs were never taken. If a date matters, we scope backwards from it and say what has to be cut to hit it.
Start at step one.
A thirty minute call about the business and the problem. If a rebuild is not what you need, that is a good outcome for a first call.
