Property
What management includes
- Leasing
- We list and show the home, then screen each applicant. You approve the resident before anyone signs the lease.
- Property inspections
- We inspect when a resident moves in or out, and once a year between. Every visit ends in a written report with dated photos.
- Maintenance coordination
- Residents report repairs in the resident portal. We book the work and send you the invoice.
